Přívěsek Bělásek je vyroben z 0,3 mm plechu nerezové oceli. Subtilní kuličkový řetízek prochází kroužkem z chirurgické oceli, na kterém visí dvě křídla běláska a tvoří ornament. Kuličky řetízku mají průměr 1 mm. Přívěsek a řetízek jsou galvanicky postříbřené.
